Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be done via the booking tab on your dashboard. Both the owner and borrower can cancel the booking at any time, but stand the risk of being removed from the system if cancellations occur frequently.

Borrower Cancellations

Borrowers may cancel their trip through our site, and the cancellation is effective immediately. The total booking cancellation penalty will depend on when the borrower cancels the trip.

*Please note: A RM0 cancellation fee only applies if the owner has not confirmed the booking and the payment has not been processed. 

Refunds will be processed 10 working days from the date of cancellation provided the borrowers payments have been processed correctly.


Owner Cancellations

If an owner wishes to cancel a booked trip, they must notify the borrower via on-site messaging at least 72 hours in advance, and process the cancellation through the Roadaz website. The cancellation is effective immediately, and the borrower receives a complete refund. Borrowers are counting on owners to provide the car, so repeated cancellations will subject the owner to removal from the community.

Cancelling a trip within 72 hours of the start of a trip will subject the owner to a minimum RM250 fine and potential removal from the community.
